From A19 North take A689 sign-posted Hartlepool. At second roundabout take second exit A1185, signed Billingham.  Follow this road for about 2 miles to first roundabout, turn left onto A178 signed Seaton Carew/Hartlepool.  Follow this road crossing one roundabout.  Continue on for one mile, Mayfair on left.
