HOLIDAY RALLY


After crossing the Forth Road Bridge, take the A92 at junction 2A.  In approximately 10¼ miles turn right at the roundabout sign posted Kirkcaldy (2nd sign for Kirkcaldy).  In ½ mile at the next roundabout turn left onto A915 signposted St Andrews.  Do not miss the left turn in Upper Largo immediately after the traffic lights (staying on the A915).  In ½ mile at the top of the hill, 100 yards past Monturpie B&B Guest House turn right onto rally field.  NB. Go past the first Monturpie half way up the hill.

Attractions

Views over the Firth of Forth, numerous picturesque harbours.  Train ride to Edinburgh.  (New ferry service from Kirkcaldy to Edinburgh is due to open in 2009).  Plenty of fishing for both sea and fresh water anglers .  Boat trips from harbour.  There are lots of golf courses.  Visit the Historic town of St Andrews. Drive over the Tay Road Bridge to Dundee or perhaps a trip to Scotland’s Secret Bunker.

We have been accepted for a visit to RAF Leuchars (limited to first 20).
There will be a farmhouse meal towards the end of the week.
